The night clerk was very sweet and considerate - he showed me the back door to enter and explain the after night time procedures. I like the pamphlet for the rules and what to dos, it was an easy check-in and check out process. The temperature of the room was good too. I like that there were multiple charging ports for each bed. The slippers are provided. The toilet has a bidet! Great organization of trash, and the water filter has cold water.

Very good location, close to multiple bus stops to wander around the city. The facilities and ambiance were really cosy and welcoming. Between the night market literally downstairs of the hostel and the Bistro 2F, you don't even need to walk that far if you want a day off and chill (going through all the pictures).

The location is awesome. If you're coming from the HSR Taichung, the 159 bus drops you a few steps from the hostel. The hostel is close to a delicious night market. It's more like a hotel rather than a social hostel. People keep to themselves and are respectful of quiet hours and public spaces.

I recently stayed at Getcha Hostel in Taichung and had an amazing experience. The hostel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the local attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, providing a great place to rest after a day of sightseeing.

The bunk beds in the 4-ppl room are firm. Basically, you won't feel shaky or hear a sound even if the person sleeping below is doing whatever. The facilities are nice and functioning. The bathroom has a dry and wet separated design which is good. The lobby area is nice.

Located close to a night market but also close enough to walk to the main train station. Room, bathroom and showers were all very clean

Great location, walking distance to night market. Decor of space was nice and heaps of space to get work done or just to chill.

I had a great stay at Getcha Hostel. Kind and friendly staff, clean and quiet room, bathroom. A big lobby and lounge upstairs. It was easy to get anywhere taking buses.
